The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the rear-view sensor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. On another occasion, while at a car wash the rear hatch opened inadvertently. On another occasion, while driving approximately 65 mph, the emergency automatic braking display light was illuminated, and the vehicle slowed down inadvertently. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 500.
