Tailgate Problems of Hyundai Tucson

The power tailgate will open when the vehicle is in a grocery parking lot. The date reported is the most recent occasion. It has happened several more times previously. Only once did it happen when the car was in our driveway. I disabled the liftgate/tailgate.

Went to open tailgate window and the hinges were completely corroded off. I have parked car in garage since it was new. Appears to be a defect and is extremely dangerous as the window could end up flying off the car while driving causing a potential road hazard/accident if unnoticed.

I bought a new car. 3 1/2 months later , I was rear-ended. I took car to dealership to get tailgate and pan and bumber repaired. When we picked up vehicle, stong toxic fumes from repair were so strong that we could not drive car. Instant headache, upper respritory aggravation, sore throat, burning eyes. Car has been to repair shop numerous times and months later still causes illness in family. At one time that I drove car I almost lost conciousness. I have informed Hyundai dealership several times. I informed Hyundai corporation. Problem persists consistently for 8-9 months and after numerous trips to dealership. The dog foams and vomits before car starts moving.
