The engine makes clicking/tapping sound at start-up, dealer service department contacted. I was informed that I need a "special" oil change, and they're aware of the problem. After researching for the same problem, it looks like this 'special' factory oil will be needed and cost more than conventional oil. However, I was not informed of this specific matter when the vehicle was purchased nor does it say anywhere in my owner manuals. Apparently, only the dealership had such oil and I am require to use it after the fact.
