My 2009 Infiniti G37, third owner, has always had its scheduled maintenances through Infiniti. Took the car in because of a rattle sound coming from the undercarriage. Dealership diagnosed it as "internal engine damage. " no indication from the vehicle that their is a problem with the engine. There has never been a check engine light detected or any other symptom - other than the "rattle" sound - that would discern an engine problem when driving the vehicle. Infiniti consumer affairs will not help me, and say that I have no recourse. Now, the car is at Infiniti of west chester, PA and I need a brand new engine! the car has less than 60,000 miles.
