This is ridiculous, how am I supposed to know if the vehicle is safe to carry passengers? I have never been notified by Infiniti that there is a recall for this problem. I only found the recall after searching on the internet. I am the original owner of the vehicle. I plan to escalate this situation with Infiniti. There is a clear problem with the design of this vehicle that is putting the owner's passengers at risk. Please force Infiniti to address this ongoing defect.
