On cars equipped with a weather package, the internal rear view mirror is too low and covers 80% of visibility on the incomming right side traffic. Manufacturer was contacted and does not recognized the issue and never called me back. Dealer said nothing can be done. Someone from the NHTSA should look into this. Please call me.
Interior rear view mirror is mounted too low, the view of the road to the right of the center is blocked, consumer states this problem only exists on Jaguars equipped with rain sensing windshield wipers, mirror is mounted to the windshield base by only a spherical joint, the joint permits angular adjustment for the mirror to aim to a particular field of view.
