The contact owns a 2009 Jaguar Xf. While driving at speeds of 10 mph in a parking lot, the electronic shift lever would not shift out of the drive position. The contact then shut off the engine but was unable to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to a local dealer where the electronic shift lever was replaced. The failure mileage was 14,990 and the current mileage was 15,680.
