Consumer stated the plastic that goes over the headlights was all fogged up and it affected driving at night. Dealer couldn't do anything about it since they had already replaced over 9,000 of feet the plastic covers . She noticed this about a year ago, but it was getting worse. She was told by one dealer that it was cosmetic.
