The contact owns a 2017 Jeep Compass. The contact stated while reversing, the back up camera failed to display an image. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact stated that they had the camera replaced two weeks prior however, the failure occurred. The vehicle was taken to airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram (5751 eagle vail drive, orlando, FL 32822) where it was diagnosed and the contact was informed that the radio needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 35,000.
As I was accelerating my vehicle began to downshift and warning started flashing and the parking brake engaged while driving. When slowed at an interesection the car would notaccelerate forward when light turned green despite being in drive. Dash showed parking brake engaged even though it was not. The d on the gear shift was flashing. I had to turn the car off twice and restart while in the middle of an intersection! this is the second time this has happened while driving. I took it to the dealer first time and they could not find anything wrong.
