Tl- the contact owns a 2017 Jeep Compass. The contact stated that the vehicle's radio and air condition had failed then the vehicle's transmission failed as well. The contact stated that while waiting at a red light when attempting to accelerate forward, the vehicle failed to accelerate. The vehicle's e-brakes would suddenly activate intermittently. The contact then stated that when attempting to stop at a red light, when they pressed the brakes the vehicle's brakes failed to stop the vehicle. The contact stated that in order to stop the vehicle they would need to apply an excessive amount of pressure on the brake pedal and the vehicle would take an extensive amount of time to roll then eventually come to a harsh stop.
