While driving at 30 mph, another vehicle skidded in the direction of the consumer's vehicle, when the consumer tried to avoid an collision, the consumer lost control of the vehicle and slid into a pole. Upon impact, the driver and rear seats failed without warning. As a result, all three occupants sustained back injuries.
