Tl-the contact owns a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving at 30 mph, all the exterior and interior lights flickered before resuming full function. All warning lights on the instrument panel flickered as well. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The technician diagnosed that the turn signal switch needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The VIN was included in NHTSA campaign number: 14v438000 (electrical system) however, the part needed to repair the vehicle was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown. Pam.
