Dashboard cluster, and tail lights flickers on and off while in locked or unlocked mode and with vehicle turned off, and stationary. With or without the fob key near, and the car does this until battery dies. It has been at the dealer 3 times, new battery still the same issue.

The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the battery failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the check engine warning indicator illuminated. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.
