2 Sensing System Camera problem of the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Failure Date: 08/07/2019

Tl the contact owns a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that the back-up camera was faulty. The screen remained black and the contact could not see when attempting to reverse. Also, the side mirrors turned down automatically and the contact could not see from any angle while reversing. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer and manufacturer were not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 53,800. The VIN was unknown.
