2002 Jeep Liberty nar 06/26/2003. The consumers Jeep went straight instead of right when she applied the brake to make a right turn. The vehicle stopped when it hit a median . The vehicle was towed to the dealership and two wheels and a tire were replaced. The consumer paid approx $784. 77 for repairs and again the vehicle lost control swaying from left to right. The consumer took the vehicle back to the dealership so it could be inspected, however no problems were identified. The consumer is afraid that a more severe accident may occur if the dealership can't identify the problem with the vehicle. Please investigate and give prompt response to consumer. The consumer was told that the problem was possibly with the tires.

Brake failure 18k miles , front end jumping ,shaking when going 50mph and over, car slides, fish tales excessively in wet weather, had 1 spin out no one hurt, tires bald 19k miles.
Front tires are wearing uneven and excessively. Dealer notified. Feel free to provide any further information.
Handling eratic at speeds over 45 mph, vehicle wanders across the road, fish tails. Loose control when changing lanes. Stock tires are very thin. Handling would probably improve with wider tires. At my office we drive a fleet of the Jeeps, numerous similar complaints. Dt.
