My 2022 4xe rubicon has been at the shop for 60 days now for slamming in to a dead stop while driving over 8 -18 mph. This happened 4 times early in the morning trying to drive to work. The dealership towed it in that morning, but failed to look at it for over 2 weeks. - they thought it was just in for regular maintenance. - during this time multiple warning lights were on (cel and etc, etc) . To date, they can not recreate this frightening situation or pull up any codes. I could have killed somebody, had I made it to a busy road. I had the 22v-865 recall done in Feb 2023, which clearly did not work. Chrysler's involvement has been useless, the latest safety recall report I read (dated 7/13/23) indicates they cannot find the "root cause', they are attempting update software that will change "fail safe from shut off to limp home" but state in this report that there is still no resolution, and is still under investigation. I purchased my 4xe August 27, 2022, fca knowing they manufactured the 2. 0l phev engine, issued a stop -sale notice in December 2022 "in order to control and avoid the damage and emergency situations on the us roads. '" not a stop drive notice. -other then this scary problem, I have form problems, and it throwing itself into autopark while in reverse. (going less then 3 mph) - how is this not being investigated, . . . How is it that there are no codes or replicate the problems.

Abs, traction control, and brake lights have been on for more than a year. I have taken it to Jeep dealership here in jacksonville, FL and they have continually tried to order the part from Jeep, but are told that the part is. Not available at this time. I called Jeep directly and have been told "part stock is under quarantine pending quality / engineering review and inspection. Working to obtain timing on resolve to predict allocation and shipment to dlr to fulfill no firm eta to provide at this time. Pending response from splr / pkg working to improve. " which is not really an answer. My abs does not work, and my car cannot be put into cruise control mode without this part being replaced. I feel that my car is not safe without abs and traction control functioning properly. Part in question 68259556ad module.

Electrical going haywire. While in drive it just wouldn’t do anything the gear shift “d” was blinking so I rolled to a safe place (thank god I was not on the freeway) turned it off then back on again apparently this is now a known problem not only for 2018 some were 2019 & 2020…… please investigate.
I was driving on the highway merging on a bridge before entering a tunnel, there was a car in from of me that was rolling slow. My forward collision warning did not go off when the car was in front of me but when the car was about 3-4 car lengths away and was driving away the warning went off and the emergency automatic brake engaged and there was nothing in front of me. I was almost rear ended and could not get my Jeep to move. The automatic brake disengaged and I was then able to drive normally.

My abs modules code c2200 and cruise control does not function. Chrysler states they are not replacing the malfunctioning part nor will they make a new part to purchase.
While stopped at a light on a busy highway I heard a loud sound similar to the automatic emergency braking system engaging. When the light changed the vehicle would not move. I tried turning it off and then back on again with no luck. The dash displayed the message "service charging system" and then ultimately illuminated an icon for the 12v battery and the charging system. I wound up having the vehicle towed to a local dealer where it currently remains waiting to be repaired. My biggest fear here is that there was no way to move the vehicle, some type of limp mode would be a much better solution so at least I could have moved out of traffic.

Driving at 50 mph on high-speed concrete highway during a thunderstorm, my abs and traction control lights came on and stayed on for a few minutes. In those few minutes, my car started slowly fish-tailing, so I pulled on to the side of the interstate. I turned off the engine completely and restarted, as well as other resets, to try to turn the abs and traction control lights off. I started on to the highway again and got up to 50 mph again with both lights still on. Again, my vehicle started shifting in the lane, so I pulled off the highway again and turned the car completely off. After a few more minutes, I restarted the vehicle engine, both lights remained on, and I got on to an asphalt surface for the remainder of my trip. Within half a mile, both lights turned off and the vehicle felt more secure on the road way. For the remainder of my drive, both lights remained off, but I did go through at least 4 standing puddles of water with no other issues with traction.

Abs brake light and traction light will randomly turn on and cause the car to automatically brake while driving in traffic. This almost caused me to be rear ended by the car behind me.
In the middle of the intersection, the power steering turned off and the steering wheel locked. I could not move the steering. All dashboard lights came on as well as the emergency brakes. The gear shift also locked and refused to shift into any toner gear. The vehicle was completely disabled and would not restart. This is the 5 time this has happened. I took it to get serviced at my local Jeep Chrysler Dodge dealership and I am still receiving the same issue.
Dtcs for left and right rear wheel sensors. Wiring was open on sensors and caused the speed sensors to not read properly at times 3. 00. The sensors were replaced at mac haik. 3 other Jeeps had the same issue the same day. Abs and traction control lights on dash came on before the sensors were replaced and applying gas did nothing. My Jeep was automatically applying my breaks even when I went 5 mph.

I am writing to report a critical safety issue involving my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe following the most recent uconnect system update. After installing the update, my vehicle completely shut off while driving on the highway, putting my entire family in immediate danger. This was not a minor malfunction—our lives were at risk. After researching online and communicating with other Jeep owners, I have learned that this uconnect-related failure is affecting multiple 2024 4xe vehicles, indicating a widespread and serious defect that must be addressed immediately. I am demanding immediate contact from a senior executive or engineer to discuss this issue, next steps for resolution, and assurance that Jeep will take full responsibility for this safety hazard. If I do not receive a prompt response, I will be escalating this matter through legal channels and reporting it to the national highway traffic safety administration (NHTSA) for investigation.

My 2021 Jeep Wrangler rubicon (3. 6l etorque, automatic transmission) has had recurring drivetrain instability since about 2,000 miles while under factory warranty. It intermittently has high rpm flare during acceleration, delayed shifting, shuddering under load, and abrupt engagement. At low speeds (about 10–5 mph), it harshly downshifts, grabs suddenly, rpms jump up and down, and it can feel like it will stall; it has stalled intermittently. Braking feels inconsistent, and at times it feels like the vehicle resists braking or surges before slowing. The forward collision warning/automatic emergency braking has activated with no obstacle present, and the power steering assist has been lost intermittently. There is also an engine tick and a high-pitched whining noise from the engine/drivetrain area. In January 2026, the transmission catastrophically failed and required replacement of the transmission, torque converter, cooler, and control module. The vehicle was out of service for over 24 days. After installation of a new mopar remanufactured transmission and torque converter, the same symptoms returned. Aamco has now found that the new torque converter failed, with metal shavings throughout the transmission, in the fluid, and at the bottom of the pan. I was advised that the vehicle should be sent to a Jeep dealership because no codes are currently present. I was also advised that the dealership may replace only the torque converter rather than the entire transmission, despite recurring failure and metal contamination. This presents a safety concern due to loss of acceleration, unpredictable torque engagement, stalling, unintended braking activation, power steering loss, engine/drivetrain noise, and repeated drivetrain failure. I have all the records if requested, file is too large to send in the upload area.
