The contact owns a 2013 kia Soul. The contact stated while driving 65 mph, when the piston dislocated out of the engine. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact was able to coast the vehicle to the side of the road and bystanders helped push the vehicle into a parking lot. 9 Engine Cooling System problem

Failure Date: 04/12/2019
