Defroster/defogger/hvac System Problems of Kia Motor Telluride

The contact owns a 2020 kia Telluride. The contact stated that while her husband was seated in the vehicle at below 5-degree fahrenheit, he became aware that the heater and defogger was inoperable. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer and was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 85,000.

Vehicle does not blow hot air while in idle/parked when vehicle is turned on or use remote start. Kia dealership could not find issues. Heat works while driving but once but into parked vehicle instantly goes lukewarm. Not ideal at bus stop with kids in the car nor if stranded on the road in michigan winters; could be fatal.
