The contact owns a 2007 Lexus Rx330. The contact stated the front and rear drivers side and passengers side floor mats have a clip that allows the mats to hook onto the floor board. The contact stated each mat has two clips that made it difficult to remove the mat and caused the contact to injure her foot when it was exposed. The clip also made the mat bulky.
