In a severe crash where my 2006 lincln Ls airbags did not deploy. The passenger airbag opened after the fact but the driver airbag or side airbags did not deploy. I had severe crush damage to the front of the vehicle as well as the undercarriage.

Failure Date: 05/02/2001

Consumer complained that air bag light illuminated while driving. Vehicle was taken to dealer on several occasions, but the problem recurred. The vehicle was taken in for service on four occasions. The vehicle #1 seat won't return to the set position.
