2006 Lincoln Navigator with power deploying running boards. Both sides have failed due to the structural support post corroding to the point of mechanical failure. When this fails a passenger stepping on it can be hurt due to a fall so it is a safety issue. Again this is a structural frame member that is failing catastrophically due to corrosion.
