Transmission Fluid Leaking Problems of Mazda CX-5

Brought it in Nov 2020 regarding smells and engine issues as well as alignment. Neither were taken care of. Then March 2021,engine was leaking fluid and smoking, and the engine needed to be replaced at 20k. Did not provide a rental until later that week. After a month, I got my car back. After leaving the engine continued to smoke, brought it back. Gave no rental. Dealer said it was left over fluid from when they replaced it. Car is still having issues with the engine and smells. Under shield fell off and needed to be replaced twice. Tire pressure was going off and brought it in twice for them to say they cant find where the slow leak is or why so they wouldn't fix it even though I have the Mazda insurance for tires.

The vehicle was bought brand new on 06/30/2015. It needed a new transmission at 20,690 miles (09/02/16). At ~43,000 miles, leaks were detected. The mechanic diagnosed the problem as powertrain issues. The leak was transmission fluid that spread to the whole length of the car underneath. The dealer was contacted, car was towed to the dealership that later confirmed the mechanic's diagnosis. Powertrain will be fixed at the manufacturer's expense (the manufacturer considers it a manufacturing issue and has honored the warranty).

Driving northbound on the NJ turnpike, my Cx-5 was cruising with at 65mph when all of a sudden the traction control, low tire pressure, check engine at lights went off simultaneously. The car suddenly decelerated as if all power was lost down to 30 mph. Was able to pull off the side. I assumed it might be a tire issue but all tires were properly inflated. Engine and fluids were not leaking. Restarted the car twice but lights continued to stay on. Had to crawl to service exit and called Mazda. Waited 45 mins for a tow truck, when driver came I restated the car and only the check engine light stayed on.
