Failure Date: 11/14/2004

Since the first months of ownership, of all the times we have contacted the dealership and taken our car into the dealer, they never recognized the recalls. We have paid for repairs and have not been reimbursed. The last time, due to a recall item, we returned the car within days of "repair. " we took a notice of recall letter into the dealer service department. They kept our car for almost 2 weeks, in part due to the fact that they had an accident with our car during a test drive. They did a poor job on the body work and the car transmission still gives us trouble. The car stalls and surges.
