Air Bag Light On problems of the 2012 Mercedes Benz C300

Takata recall while driving my car, I received an indicator on my dashboard that said �left side service malfunction required. Also, the airbag icon warning appeared.

The air bag light was acting up like turning on and couple mins turn off and I took it to the Mercedes Benz to check it and they told the sensor was deffected and I couldn't afford for the prices and I told them that this car have and recall thats why I bring it here and they charge $132. 40 for diagnostic.
