Was told to contact my dealership- purchased and called north haven mb dealership who stated we have no list and we will call you when it is available.

The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact recently received a postcard from tk holdings that they filed for bankruptcy. The contact had not experienced a failure. Takata recall. Mbusa claims it cannot procure parts to complete the recall work. Mbusa will not tell me when it might schedule the recall work. I live in houston and it's hot down here. I thought hot parts of the country were to receive priority attention.

Takata recall . . . . As of 10/25/2017 there is no resolution, yet my vehicle was recalled two times, once on 2/11/2016 and the other time 5/25/2016.

Takata recall- recv'd notice that part was available to fix, was turned away by service departments stating the part is still pending. I have 2 defective airbags and this is transportation that is used by myself to transport my children. I feel very unsafe and have been patiently waiting for over a year for these replacement airbags. We want to pass this car down to my teenage son to start driving, but are unable to do so with the lack of safety. Please resolve this issue ASAP!.

Takata recall: years ago I was contacted by mail to notify my dealership to replace my air bags as soon as possible. When I called they said your parts have been ordered we will call you when they arrive. No call. A year later same thing. Call the dealership immediately to replace your air bags it is very dangerous to not have them replaced. Called only to be told. . . . The part has not arrived yet. Now it has been over 3 years and they say. . . . . The part is on back order!!! mercedes of orlando (maitland) spoke with lynn. I received a notice from an attorney stating there is a law suit starting up regarding this situation. I will personally be contacting him. Also if I or my family is seriously injured I am holding mercedes of orlando responsible.

We were told that we would be contacted by the manufacturer to replace the defective air bags. To date we have not heard anything about remedying this problem. It's disheartening to know that others have also not been contacted to solve a life threatening problem for the consumer base of these vehicles.

"takata recall" I want to know why it is taking mercedes so long to get a fix for this airbag recall issue. Volkswagen is fixing there vehicles. There has been no accident, this is a complaint against Mercedes Benz for not getting there vehicles fixed in a timely manor.

Takata recall I live in palm springs, I have now been in the desert in 115 degree heat during the summer for 2 years during this recall in zone 1 he most dangerous zone and can't get anyone to call me back about replacing my airbags! this is ridiculous!!!!! this is putting me and my family at risk.

Takayuki recall dealership states they have not received replacement airbags and will not replace airgags.

"tamara recall" I have not had an incident happen yet, but was just in an accident and lucky the airbags didn't go off. I'm extremely nervous driving my car now, and mercedes is claiming they are not a part of this recall since they haven't had any incidents reported. I am just looking to get a rental car, until this is fixed and can't seem to get answers from mercedes; besides denying that my car has a recall when it clearly does. They may not have any incidents yet, but I do not want to be the first.

I received a notice from mbusa regarding the takata airbags in my vehicle. The very weekend I went to open road mercedes in bridgewater, NJ. The service team said there is no eta for replacement and could be up to 2 years. I immediately went to check out pre- owned vehicles and reached a deal the following weekend with the sales team with a trade in value and provided down payment. . The manager of the dealership told me his sales was worn in their estimate and he needs to reduce the trade in value by 3700 $ due to the airbags. They sold the vehicle at full price, cannot fix it for 2 years but want to reduce the price for trade in. Mbusa needs to either fix it timely or give fair trade in value for a fault that was due to mbusa. The dealers are bleeding the owners of defective vehicles and taking advantage.

"takata recall" still have no repair/replacement for my car. Dealer says they don't have the replacement parts. Data shows the age of the car makes it more prone to a problem. I'm in zone 1 which was suppose to have priority for replacement. No incidents to report yet.
