The contact owns a 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis. When attempting to make a left turn at 5 mph, the contact was involved in a head on crash. The vehicle was completely destroyed. None of the air bags deployed and she sustained moderate injuries. The contact has a copy of the police report and pictures of the failure.
