The contact owns a 2005 Mercury Monterey. While backing out of the garage, the passenger side axle failed at 13,000 miles. The passenger side axle previously failed at 8,000 miles and was replaced by the dealer. The contact towed the vehicle to the dealer to be repaired for the third time.
