Headrest on 2013 Altima hurts the back of my head when I drive the car. If it hurts in normal driving I can't imagine what the head injury is going to be like if I get hit while driving this car. The head rests should be adjustable so that they can be fitted to shorter people. No amount of up down adjusting on the head rest height works to relieve the issue.

The headrest is tilted forward so far that it makes it very uncomfortable to drive. Your head is facing the instrument panel almost, instead of facing the road. It makes for a very uncomfortable and painful driving experience. I hope someone can do something about that since the dealer can't.
Faulty headrest design. Pushes the head of many drivers radically forward, making it painful and dangerous to operate the vehicle.
