Front Seat Power Adjust Problems of Nissan Altima

I have a 2006 Nissan Altima, last year in October my wife was driving this car to go to grocery store, just as she about to park the car, the vehicle driver side power seat suddenly lunge forward, it cause my wife to lose control and hit another car that is park next to where she was about to park. I take the car to the dealership for repair, the driver seat where at a invert 60 degree angle, the dealership notice the power supply is burn, so they replace the power supply, but refuse to repair the damage to my car and the other car my wife hit. I am registering a complain against the Nissan car company about this issue, please assist me and find if there is a defect with the product that should have been recall.

Purchased a 2008 Altima 3. 5 se with power seats, before 2000 miles noticed that the driver's seat was loose and had a vibrating effect then the seat started popping out of place as I was making a turn or going around a curve or exiting onto an exit ramp. I reported it to the dealer and they replaced the seat rails but the car continues to do the same thing and the dealership claims that it can't duplicate the movement so they can't repair it. A moving seat while driving is not safe!! the seat goes to the left and there is a popping sound and sometimes it goes forward.

I purchased a new 2008 Nissan Altima in March 2008 and shortly after the seat started to squirm from side to side in turns. I took it to the dealer and they acknowledged the problem. They replaced the seat rails which fixed the problem. Approximately 1 month later the seat started the same behavior when cornering. Driver's side power seat will move upright but it will not recline back. Every once in a while it will recline backward which makes me believe there is a short in it. Nissan says my extended warranty does not cover the power seat mechanism and they estimated that it would cost $2,000 to repair.
