Heater unit fails to operate unless you switch back and forth the control unit several times. This is a unsafe condition during inclement weather conditions. This auto has been back to the dealership 5 times and it is still not fixed or resolved. A vehicle's climate control system should be reliable and should be fixed. The vehicle is under warranty. I have been waiting over 1 month for parts that was supposed to be ordered. My dealer is telling me that Nissan is not shipping the part. I am not sure what this means.
