Last year our Titan p/up suddenly stop 3x and our friend mechanic said something wrong with fuel injection. It register it has fuel but in actuality no gas. Our friend mechanic fixed it last year.

The contact owns a 2008 Nissan Titan. The contact took the vehicle into the dealer for a recall related to the fuel gauge system under campaign 10v07400. The contact was informed by the dealer that he must have driven over something because the fuel tank was pushed up under the vehicle. After some independent investigations, the contact noticed that the fuel injection was molded which caused thin spots on the fuel tank. The manufacturer did not agree with the assessments of the failure. The failure and current mileages were 46500.
