Visibility Problems of Nissan Xterra

The contact owns a 2005 Nissan Xterra. The contact stated that while driving 25 mph the sun visor on both the passenger and driver side had fallen almost causing a crash to occur. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer to have the sun visor replaced and the dealer stated that they were unable to offer any assistance. The contact stated this was a safety defect and wants the manufacturer be responsible for the repairs. The failure mileage was 151,000.

2004 Xterra has been in the shop for various reason. When the vehicle was taken to the dealer for one problem the vehicle was returned to the consumer with a defective right door. The radio also does not work. When the power window was rolled down the consumer heard a grinding noise. The left and right front window regulator have been replaced five times. Both front window run channels warped twice and caused the windows to jump when they were rolled down.
