Frame And Members Problems of Oldsmobile Alero

The contact owns a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero. While driving 5 mph, the contact heard a noise coming from the front end of the vehicle. The contact exited the vehicle to inspect it when he noticed that the steering rack had separated from the frame. The vehicle was towed to a private mechanic who informed the contact that the engine support had corroded causing the steering rack to separate from the vehicle. Dealer has noted leaks in door seals, front windshield, sunroof and related draining systems. Inevitably, during a sufficient rain, water leaks down the door frame, onto the fuse box inside the car causing electrical problems, including non-working locks, trunk opening randomly, etc.
