Car Will Not Start Problems of Oldsmobile Cutlass

Hi,I filed my complaint with you on the phone in January, anyway I tried to start my car and it would not start,my security light stayed on,I had my car toed to berger chevelet at 2525 28th street s. E. Grand rapids,mi 49512 (616)949-5200,I talked to the service advisor 4102 mr. Mark bivins,my vehicle was with berger chevy from January 02 to January 05,2015. My invoice states my ignition lock cylinder and 2 keys was replace and I would like to be reimburse for $723. 56,please help.

The driver then noticed smoke emitting from the ignition switch. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the ignition switch was faulty. The manufacturer was notified of the defect but no solution was offered. The failure mileage was 170,000.

The contact owns a 1997 Oldsmobile Cutlass. When the contact inserted the key into the ignition, the anti- theft warning light illuminated on the instrument control panel. The engine would not start until the light dimmed. She took the vehicle to the dealer, but they could not duplicate the failure or provide a sufficient remedy. The manufacturer did not assist. Engine rear nut bolts broken, engine moves at the least bump on pavement. Ticking noise from the engine. Sometimes the car will not start right away. Coolant constant needed. Engine light/or battery light comes on.
