Two problems related to air bag not deploy have been reported for the 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving driver applied the brakes and pedal descended to the floor. This caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle and hit a tree. Both frontal air bags failed to deploy. Driver suffered neck and back injuries and was transported by ambulance to the hospital. The vehicle was totaled.
While driving 60 mph the vehicle was involved in a front end collision. The vehicles air bags did not deploy.
