One problem related to power train driveline has been reported for the 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
On 2 separate ocassions the speed sensors to the transmission stopped working and it put my 1999 Plymouth voyager in limp mode and wouldn't allow my vehicle to go above 35mph. I has the sensors replaced at a cost of approx. $250 each time. The dealership admitted frequent problems with the sensors but said Chrysler has not taken any action to consider it a recall item.
