The engine block is having to be replaced becuase of sludge buildup. Manufacturer is claiming owner negligence becuase oil was not changed precisely every 3000 but usually changed between 3000 and 6000 miles which falls under there highway scedule a of every 7500. Dt.
There is no heat or air conditioning coming through the vents. Vehicle was hesitating, and the gears were slipping. Dealership was aware of problem.
