Tl the contact owns a 2007 Saturn Aura. While driving approximately 25 mph, the power steering failed. The vehicle was pulled over to the side of the road and towed to an independent mechanic. The mechanic diagnosed the vehicle and replaced the power steering line. In addition, the contact stated that the vehicle experienced symptoms of excessive oil leakage onto the ground and underneath the vehicle. The contact stated that the oil pressure switch was replaced three times on the vehicle by an independent mechanic. A dealer and the manufacturer were not made aware of the failures. The failure mileage was approximately 140,000.

The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the power steering pump failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. When applying the brake, the vehicle attempted to go into hybrid mode but couldn't.
