The electronic display for the hvac controls and radio go off and come on intermittently for no reason. When the display is off, you cannot engage defrost, heat, a/c, and none of the radio controls at all. The only control that still functions is the fan speed of the hvac controls. 2004 Subaru Legacy experiencing problems with anti-lock brake system. The consumer stated the abs locked up the brakes/wheels and caused the vehicle to slide and the consumer was unable to steer the vehicle. The rear defroster was inoperative.

Very bad oil/grease smell brought into car by ventilation system after every oil change. Can smell it outside the car as well as under the hood. Goes away after about 3 weeks. Service department stumped. I found a similar report: od1 1d 828824, a bad fuel.
