Sun Roof Problems of Subaru Legacy

The contact owns a 2014 Subaru Legacy. While driving 55 mph, a loud pop noise was heard. The contact continued driving as he thought a rock struck the windshield. Tl the contact owns a 2014 Subaru Legacy. The contact stated that the sunroof metal drain tubes were clogged causing water to drain inside the cabin of the vehicle. Due to the failure, there was condensation on the windshield which reduced driver visibility while driving. The contact cleaned the windshield both manually and by activating the windshield defogger. The vehicle was taken to bay ridge Subaru (1819 cropsey avenue, brooklyn, NY 11214, (718)232-1900) to have the sunroof drain tubes cleaned which was still pending. The vehicle was not repaired. The factory installed moon roof glass detached from glue. The glue in frame did not adequately hold the glass in place. Moon roof was closed when the glass came off. The mechanic who inspected the roof felt that the glue was defective.
