The contact owns a 2007 Suzuki Forenza. While driving approximately 65 mph, the contact heard a dripping sound underneath the vehicle. The vehicle was returned to its place of purchase and the dealer also stated that there was an issue with the passenger side air bag . The contact was informed that the sensor was working properly and the dripping sound was caused by the condensation from the air conditioner. A few months later, the motor began making a knocking sound. She took the vehicle to a repair shop and they stated that the sound was coming from the top part of her motor. She took the vehicle to the dealer and they kept it for over a month; however, the knocking sound remained. Three weeks later, a Suzuki specialist replaced the motor. Even after the motor was replaced, the knocking sound persisted. The contact was informed that the vehicle was working in the manner it was designed. Weeks after the contact retrieved the vehicle, the noise grew louder. The vehicle was returned to the dealer and they stated that they only replaced the top part of the motor. They kept the vehicle and checked the oil level. Days after retrieving the vehicle, while traveling and coming to a stop sign, it suddenly stalled and lost all power. The vehicle was taken to her residence and she believes that the vehicle is a lemon and full of manufacturer defects. She cannot afford any more repairs or towing. The failure mileage was 11 and current mileage was 40,000.
