One problem related to battery dead has been reported for the 2016 Tesla Model X. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The car doesn't take charge. I drove my car to try different charging spot in the same supercharging station and try in another charging station. The car doesn't charge. It was a weekend when the car has charging issue. Eventually the car just out of juice. Won't open it let me in and I have to tow the car to service center in the Monday service business day. It needs special towing with dolly. Becasue of the car out of juice the 12v battery is dead too after that. Charging port is a known issue to Tesla but after all the repair. I was charged of $1300.
