Consumer experiencing ongoing problem with front brakes. Whenever brakes are applied the brakes sound as if it is metal to metal grinding. Vehicle inspected, and brakes pads have been replaced three times, and condition still a occurs.

Brake pad material was flaking off resulting in damage to rotors also.
