Front Suspension Control Arm Problems of Toyota Corolla

Control arm bushings. They were making sounds. Was told by wappingers falls Toyota previously that these parts or fine and it was a normal sound this problem has been going on for over a year,. I finally took it to a different dealership and they are correcting the problem by replacing lower control arms.
