The contact owns a 2019 Toyota Highlander. The contact stated while parking the vehicle the contact tried to brake and the vehicle would not brake. The contact stated he felt the brake pedal touch the floor of the vehicle, but the vehicle would not stop and several unknown warning light illuminated on the instrument panel. The contact stated he had to shut down the vehicle for the vehicle to completely stop. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for diagnosis, and they stated that they could not find no failure to the vehicle. The contact stated that a similar failure reoccurred, and the vehicle was taken to the dealer, and they stated that no failure was found to the vehicle again. The manufacturer was contacted, and they stated that there was nothing they could do because no failure was found in the vehicle. The failure mileage was 27,500.
