Brakes won't work sometimes. Feels mushy with no pressure at times, especially on hard braking and have to apply brakes a couple of times before any pressure is felt. First occurred some time in the summer of 2008. Had the brake fluid flushed to make sure there were no air bubbles in system. Dealers doesn't want to look at brake systems under warranty, because the excuse is, "issue can't be reproduced". No leaks indicated from brake master cylinder and brake pads are still good. Brakes still feels no pressure from time to time, usually during the summer temperatures, probably 3 to 4 times during the summers especially when the temperature is high >90f.
