Steering Problems of Volkswagen CC - part 2

Vehicle was being turned around in a parking lot when a clicking noise was heard. The air bag light illuminated and all of the steering wheel functions (I. E. Horn, radio controls, etc. ) stopped working. Took it into the Volkswagen dealership and was informed that it was the "clock spring " in the steering wheel was in need of replacement.

Steering locked up and was unable to control car while in motion. According to dealership the motor that controls steering locked up. Was not able to turn steering wheel at all while in motion.

Upon turning the vehicle, the engine starts up normally. However as soon as the engine is started up, in park mode, the steering wheel instantly begins to violently and out of control shake, vibrate, twists, and shake the whole vehicle. The act does not stop until the vehicle is turned off. This happens for an additional three to four times until the vehicle is turned off, and steering wheel is turned either way until you feel it lock into place or click into place. This happens at least once a week. There is video of the incident.

The engine stalled while driving( speed 5-10mph). Steering wheel immediately automatically locked,lost control over the car. The computer showed a problem with the battery (the sign was displayed for a few seconds). Pushed the brakes - brakes worked. Removed the key and started the car again, the car started up and everything has stabilized.

The contact owns a 2009 Volkswagen Cc. While driving between 55-70 mph, a delay occurs when the contact turns the steering wheel.
