Instrument Cluster/panel problems of the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta

The contact owns a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta. The contact stated while driving 35 – 45 mph, the instrument cluster went blank, and the “safety system failure - stop vehicle” message was displayed.
