The contact owns a 2009 Audi A4. The contact stated that there was a loud, groaning noise from the power steering. The vehicle was also difficult to turn at slow speeds, especially when trying to park. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealership where the contact was informed that the failure was caused by the power steering. The dealer replaced the calibers but the problem continued.
