Brake Disc Pads Problems of Buick Regal

Tl the contact owns a 2011 Buick Regal. While decelerating from 60 mph, the brake pedal failed to engage properly. The contact continued to depress the brake pedal with force, but was unable to have the brake pedal released from the floorboard. The vehicle continued to move and the contact had to reach down and release the brake pedal to stop the vehicle. The failure was experienced several times. The vehicle was taken to the independent mechanic who diagnosed that the brake system needed to be replaced. The brake pads were repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle needed to be diagnosed by a dealer. The dealer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 127,000.

Brake pads rusted to the rotors, after hand-washing the vehicle the evening of July 2nd. Needed to rev the engine very high, in order to release the brake pads. This has occurred several times after driving the vehicle in the rain, and then letting it sit for a day or two. On Jan 16, 2015 we took the vehicle in for warranty work, but the dealer did not do anything. On Feb 20, 2015 we took the vehicle to another dealer, but again they did not do anything.

2013 Buick Regal GS fwd 18,240 miles brake noice it is so bad that the front brake pads and rotors have to be replaced @18240 miles the car at the dealer was doing the squeeling noice I was told it was normal because it had brembol brakes rotors and pads the cost to replace all 4 pads rotors is $2201. 00 there is so much wear and tear awful.

Have 1998 Buick rega GS. Only 55000 miles. Have had several rotors and brake pads replaced over life of vehicle. Same problem even while under warrenty. Dealer originally turned rotors. Dealer appeared to be aware of problem. Problem returned shortly thereafter. After several rotors and brake pad replacements out of warrenty I finally replaced rotors with high performance cross drilled and slotted rotor (assuming a heat problem) but to no avail. Vehicle shakes violantly at times when brakes applied and rotors always warped. I believe gm was aware of problem from onset but refuses to recall vehicle. Please note that this vehicle did this from the day I purchased it new in decmeber of 1997 but I thought it was a new form of antilock braked that pulsated. Fear that if sold to another individual, vehicle brakes may fail.
